  • Empower and supervise a team of Product Managers and Application Analysts to align product roadmaps with organizational goals and system requirements.
  • Collaborate with institutional teams to explore the use of AI, automation and analytics in research operations and oversight.
  • Liaise with Associate Director of Research Technology and team to maintain and streamline the delivery of integrations, new builds, infrastructure updates and application upgrades for core systems.
  • Lead stakeholder governance, communication and change management to ensure alignment and successful adoption of new systems.
  • Promote adoption of technologies to improve efficiency, data integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise on research business processes and compliance frameworks.
  • Ensure technology solutions align with regulatory requirements from NIH, FDA, HIPAA, IACUC and IRB oversight bodies.
  • Partner with other functional areas in IT to leverage existing platforms, infrastructure, tools and services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the institution’s research mission.
