Director of Residences - Boston, MA + surrounding

The Director of Residences & Lifestyle (DoR) oversees all household operations, property management, and lifestyle services for a private family with multiple homes in the Boston area. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ensuring seamless daily operations, exceptional service delivery, and the ongoing care of high-end residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistency, discretion, and excellence.
  

• Lead and support staff across housekeeping, culinary, and personal services.
  

• Oversee property maintenance, vendor coordination, seasonal readiness, and home technology systems.
  

• Support family travel logistics, guest experiences, and private event coordination.
  

• Partner on renovation and construction projects, managing timelines, decisions, and communication flow.
  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all lifestyle and property matters, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in luxury residential, estate, or hospitality management; yachting background a plus.
  

• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  

• Proactive, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable in a discreet, service-oriented environment.
  

Compensation:

• Salary Range: to $300K+ DOE with BENEFITS, 401(k) with match and 20 days per year PTO
