We’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate Director of Resident Care (LVN/RN) to lead our community’s health and wellness programs. This pivotal role oversees licensed nurses, care partners, and medication teams while ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and person-centered care.
What You’ll Do
Provide leadership and daily oversight for all resident care and medication management programs.
Partner with the Executive Director and Home Office Clinical Operations to uphold Aspenwood’s quality, compliance, and safety standards.
Oversee clinical assessments, care plan development, and service delivery in alignment with each resident’s individual needs.
Foster a culture of empathy, accountability, and continuous improvement among care team members.
Collaborate cross-functionally on technology integration, clinical QA initiatives, and training programs that elevate care outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
Active LVN or RN license in good standing.
Proven experience leading care teams in assisted living, memory care, or similar healthcare environments.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a hands-on leadership approach.
Passion for mentorship, team development, and excellence in resident care delivery.
