Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead our outside sales team and drive growth for the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales leaders, training sales and management staff, and ensuring that sales targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team that is motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with company operations.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team.
• Train Branch Managers and Field Leaders to become competent sales leaders.
• Lead the sales team through the field and sales leaders.
• Develop and implement training materials and guides.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pest control industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a sales team.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
