Responsibilities: Revenue Cycle Management: Spearhead the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring all billing, invoicing, and collection activities are executed with precision and on schedule. Billing and Invoicing: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create accurate and compliant invoices for clients based on service agreements and deliverables. Collections Strategy: Formulate and enforce strategies to ensure timely collection of payments, setting clear terms and robust follow-up protocols. Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for client billing queries, working closely with relationship managers to resolve issues related to billing and payments. Financial Reporting: Regularly prepare and analyze reports on revenue and accounts receivable, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and reporting findings to senior management. Process Improvement: Constantly evaluate and improve revenue cycle processes using advanced technology and industry best practices to minimize delays in payments. Collaborative Efforts: Engage with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive revenue-related activities and address discrepancies. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of billing and collections specialists, focusing on professional growth, performance improvement, and feedback. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to relevant regulations, client agreements, and internal policies in all billing and revenue activities. Vendor Management: Manage and negotiate terms with third-party vendors involved in the revenue cycle, ensuring effective collaboration and integration. Systems Integration: Partner with IT and other relevant departments to enhance and maintain revenue cycle management systems for better data accuracy and reporting.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Over 8 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, finance, or similar fields, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role. Extensive knowledge of billing, invoicing, and collections processes Strong skills in financial analysis, reporting, and interpreting complex data. Exceptional communication abilities, capable of effectively engaging with clients, team members, and upper management. Demonstrated leadership prowess with a track record of mentoring and developing teams. High attention to detail with a steadfast commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with revenue cycle management software and financial systems is advantageous.
