WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB?
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers across California and Arizona.
Drive consistent execution of the regional sales strategy aligned with national objectives.
Own regional performance, forecasting, and achievement of revenue and growth targets.
Spend significant field time coaching reps on prospecting, closing, account growth, and clinical conversations.
Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent as the region expands.
Represent the organization at key meetings, events, and industry functions.
Requirements
WHAT DOES THE IDEAL CANDIDATE OFFER?
Education & Training
A Bachelorâs degree is required, but a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in place of a degree.
Work Experience & Accomplishments
5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
Proven success in managing and coaching field\-based sales teams.
Background in the dental industry is strongly preferred, and experience with implant or regenerative solutions is highly valued.
A track record of growing regions, developing talent, and exceeding targets.
Experience working for manufacturers rather than distributors is preferred.
