Job Description - Director of Sales

We’re hiring a Director of Sales to lead the revenue strategy. If you’re driven by results, passionate about building relationships, and ready to lead with purpose — we want to meet you.


What You’ll Do


As Director of Sales, you will:



  • Lead the hotel’s sales strategy across corporate, group, and transient segments

  • Develop team goals, manage performance, and implement incentive programs

  • Collaborate with hotel operations to ensure sales goals align with guest experience standards

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, local businesses, and community partners

  • Utilize brand sales systems and tools to manage leads and reporting

  • Represent the hotel at industry events, networking functions, and local community initiatives

  • Work closely with sales support teams to maximize brand-driven opportunities


What You Bring



  • 5+ years of hotel sales leadership, preferably with Hilton or Marriott brands

  • Expertise in Marriott systems such as CI/TY, MARSHA, and OneSource (preferred)

  • Proven ability to drive revenue and exceed market share goals

  • Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills

  • Strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and people leadership

  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities

  • Passion for hospitality, team development, and local community engagement
