Overview:

The Delta Hotels by Marriott Toledo is seeking a Director of Sales to join our team. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Your role will be crucial in driving the success of our hotel and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners
• Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales techniques
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
