Director of Sales

About the Role

Core Value Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead a high-performing Medicare sales organization consisting of 9 Sales Managers and more than 150 licensed insurance agents.

This is a hands-on sales leadership role focused on driving production, accountability, coaching, and performance. We are not seeking a corporate strategist or business development executive. We are looking for a leader who thrives on managing people, improving processes, tracking metrics, and driving daily sales results.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage 9 Sales Managers and indirectly oversee 150+ licensed agents


• Drive daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales performance


• Hold managers accountable to production, activity, and quality standards


• Analyze KPIs, conversion rates, productivity, and sales results


• Coach and develop managers and future leaders


• Improve sales processes and operational efficiency


• Partner with executive leadership to support continued growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience


• 3+ years managing managers in a high-volume sales environment


• Experience leading teams of 100+ sales professionals


• Strong understanding of sales metrics, reporting, and performance management


• Proven track record of improving sales results through coaching, accountability, and process improvement


• Medicare, insurance, call center, or financial services experience preferred
