We are looking for a Director of Sales to oversee all sales budgets of the local business unit. Director of Sales responsibilities include formulating overall strategy and managing sales of the business unit. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise. Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sales


• Design strategy and set goals for growth


• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses


• Evaluate and improve sales and financial performance


• Prepare regular reports for upper management

Skills 

• Proven experience as a Director of Sales or similar executive role 


• Experience in planning.


• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.) Strong analytical ability


• Excellent communication skills


• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills


• Problem-solving aptitude

Schedule:

• 8 hour shifts


• Holidays


• Monday to Friday


• Weekends as needed
