What You’ll Do:

• Host - engaging tours of our modern Assisted Living, Memory Care community
• Build - relationships through community events, lunches, networking, and      consistent follow-up
• Enable - occupancy growth with strategy, goal-setting, and CRM mastery
• Showcase - Ridgewood’s standout amenities: restaurant-style dining, rooftop decks, a meditation center, movie theater, library, live entertainment, scheduled transportation, and more

You Bring:

• 3+ years in relationship sales (senior living experience a plus)
• Superior communication and people-skills
• Strong organizational instincts and diligent follow-up
• Tech comfort—MS Office, CRM systems & Internet based applications
• A heart for helping seniors thrive

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree—but passion and proven results are equally valued
