                       Salary Range - $$84,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through strategic planning, execution, and management of our sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and technology sales, with a proven track record of success in developing effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.


• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and drive revenue growth.


• Oversee and pursue new B2B sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through effective business strategies with focusing on building strong relationships with key clients and accounts.


• Utilize Salesforce or other CRM platforms to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions reguarding performance metrics.


• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform business development initiatives.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and marketing campaigns.


• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining high levels of customer service.


• Monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.


• Proven experience in outside sales management and marketing leadership with a focus on technology or technical sales preferred.


• Strong background in B2B sales and account management, demonstrating successful business development skills.


• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.


• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving targets.


• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions, customer needs, and performance metrics effectively.
