Foothills Retirement Community is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead and elevate our sales and marketing strategy across all levels of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Support. With exciting community growth and expansion, this leadership role is instrumental in driving occupancy, building community relationships, and enhancing the resident experience.

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including commissions and bonus opportunities.

What You'll Do, included but not limited to:

• Lead all phases of the sales and marketing process to meet and exceed occupancy goals across all service lines.
• Serve as the primary sales leader for Independent Living while supporting marketing and outreach efforts for Assisted Living and Memory Support.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing, outreach, and lead-generation strategies that strengthen market presence and increase census.
• Lead sales initiatives for community expansion projects, including occupancy growth for new Independent Living residences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, professional organizations, and community partners.
• Coordinate community events, educational programs, and networking opportunities to promote visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure a seamless resident move-in experience  and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain,  analyze, and leverage CRM data to measure performance, track leads, and optimize sales conversion efforts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Serve  as a brand ambassador for Foothills Retirement Community throughout Easley and the surrounding areas.

Education, Experience and Skills: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably within senior living, healthcare, or long-term care.
• 5+ years of experience and leadership responsibility in senior living sales and marketing preferred.
• Proven success utilizing consultative sales processes and occupancy management strategies.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of the Easley market and surrounding communities is a plus.
