Director of Sales and Marketing

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing effective marketing strategies. This is a leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a team.Multi-tasking,revenue generation, punctual.

Duties:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals

- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns

- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly

- Provide guidance and support to the sales team in closing deals

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies

- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred

- Knowledge of customer service principles and account management techniques

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
