Job Description - Director of Sales Development

You'll join our Sales Development team reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer. You will lead a team of strategic and mid-market sales development representatives (SDRs). You will design and implement our pipeline generation strategy, hire top talent, coach and mentor your reps and partner closely with operations, sales and marketing. You will manage a minimum of two direct reports and a total team of ~15 SDRs.

The impact you'll make:
Develop a strong outbound motion, to complement our existing inbound lead flow
Expand our SDR function, beginning with refining the SDR process for RollWorks before extending it to support AdRoll
Streamline processes and drive efficiency in the current SDR workflow
Drive upmarket growth through creative pipeline generation strategies and tactics
Cultivate and lead top talent by offering mentorship, training, and clear career growth paths

Skills you'll bring:
11 years of experience in B2B sales or SDR function
4-6 years of experience managing sales or SDR teams for a SaaS product
Operationally minded, with a proven track record of partnering with ops and marketing to drive process efficiency in the sales development workflows
Strong history of hitting or over-achieving on pipe generation targets
Proven track record of bringing a strong outbound motion into an organization
Experience helping an organization move upmarket with pipeline generation to support that transition

Additional Information:

Minimum salary of $150,000 to maximum salary of $184,800 + bonus or commission (if applicable) + equity + benefits. Up to 66.67% commission will be paid quarterly based on achievement of sales targets.

The range provided is NextRoll's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
