What You'll Do: 

• Embrace a resident-centered approach, treating every individual with unwavering dignity, regardless of their disease, diagnosis, or progression. 
• Serve as the primary customer service representative to residents and families, by being familiar with all products, services and process/procedures of the community.
• Working with the Care Team, assisting residents with obtaining services that best match their needs.
• Upon move-in, orient residents and families to their "new home".
• Track, prepare and implement all lease renewals and residents' service conferences.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need: 

• High school diploma or GED - Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in a customer service position, preferably in real estate, senior living communities or hospitality services.
• Prior experience in social services or case management preferred.  
• Prior marketing experience is helpful.
