Job Title: Mad Apple Softball Director

Job Description:

The Director of Softball is a leadership role that requires a combination of coaching

expertise, managerial skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and supportive

training environment for athletes.

Responsibilities:

Hiring, training coaches, and managing an organization with 12u – 18u teams

Conducting regular staff meetings to discuss practices, coaching techniques, and any other relevant topics to softball.

Providing ongoing feedback and support to coaching staff to foster professional development.

Leading and conducting practice structures with Director of Performance, providing hands-on coaching and feedback to athletes.

Ensuring that athletes perform exercises with proper form and technique to minimize the risk of injury.

Qualifications:

Experience coaching/running an athletic organization

Technical skills with operating software

Time management skills necessary

3-5 year coaching experience

Degree in business preferred but not required

Salary and Benefits: $60,000
