Director of staff development

Indian Canyon Post Acute (ICPACC) is now looking for an experienced LVN to help lead our team as Director of Staff Development (DSD). ICPACC is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility located in Yucca Valley. We are interested in an experienced and motivated LVN to help lead our team. We also offer extensive training for experienced or new DSDs, including Training/Certification for LVNs who want to become a DSD.
Job Duties: The Director of Staff Development (DSD) is responsible for the orientation and training of nursing staff and conducts orientation for our ancillary staff as appropriate. The DSD monitors the activities of nursing staff to ensure quality care, while being responsible for CNA staffing, will have the assistance of our full-time scheduler assistant.
