Director of Staff development

Joshua Tree Post Acute Care Center (JTPACC) is now hiring a new or experienced LVN to be Director of Staff Development (DSD). JTPACC is a 58-bed skilled nursing facility located in Yucca Valley, CA.
We are interested in an experienced or motivated LVN to help lead our team. We offer extensive training for experienced or new DSDs, including Training/Certification for LVNs who want to become a DSD.

Shift time: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm (flexible)

Job Duties: The Director of Staff Development (DSD) is responsible for the orientation and training of nursing staff and conducts orientation for our ancillary staff as appropriate. The DSD, while being responsible for CNA staffing, will have the assistance of our full-time scheduler assistant.
