Requirements

Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.

The role plays a critical role throughout supplier management process by:
• Reviewing and potentially approving new suppliers
• Partnering in robust quality management systems with Supply Chain
• Resolving non-conformance issues with supplied materials and follow up with suppliers for effective completion of corrective actions
• Monitoring the performance of existing suppliers
• Supervision of global Supplier Quality Team
• Defining and implementing a global Supplier Quality Management System

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business or related field; or additional years of experience in lieu of education
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a quality role, with growing responsibility
• Proven experience implementing global quality standards
• Willing and able to travel to domestically and internationally up to 75% of working time.
• Knowledge of QMS ISO9001 and AS9100

• Knowledgeable in metrology, ideally with hands-on experience
