We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Supply Chain & Logistics to optimize our end-to-end supply chain functions and drive operational excellence. This role is based at our headquarters in Saint Paul, MN.

What You Will Do:

You will own the entire materials and logistics lifecycle, leading all strategy and daily execution across the following core functions:

• Sourcing & Purchasing: Develop and execute procurement strategies, negotiate key supplier contracts, and manage vendor performance to secure quality, cost-effective materials at optimal inventory levels.
• Planning & Scheduling: Oversee the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, master scheduling, and MRP to ensure production efficiency and service level targets are met.
• Warehousing & Logistics: Lead warehousing operations, inventory management (including cycle counting), and domestic/international shipping and receiving, driving efficiency and accuracy.
• Packaging: Ensure quality, accuracy and cost-efficient packaging of our finished goods.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the Supply Chain, Planning, Warehouse, and Packaging teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean principles).

What You Will Bring:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain and Planning leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing all functions listed above: Sourcing, Planning, Scheduling, Warehousing, Packaging and Shipping/Receiving.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Experience:

• 3 years in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting base salary for this role is anticipated to be $125,000 - $165,000 commensurate with experience plus performance bonus eligibility. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD/LTD, Accident and Critical Illness Insurance, Pet Insurance, Generous PTO policy, 401(k) with match, Profit Sharing.
