About the Director of Survey & ROW Services Position:
We are sourcing a senior-level survey and right-of-way leader to oversee a growing department responsible for topographic surveys, ROW engineering, and legal documentation. This role will manage project execution, maintain regulatory compliance, and contribute to organizational growth.

Director Responsibilities:

• Lead survey and ROW operations, ensuring INDOT compliance

• Oversee preparation of plats, legal descriptions, LCRs, and ROW documents

• Coordinate with field crews, CAD technicians, and engineering teams

• Review project deliverables and manage QA/QC procedures

• Mentor junior staff and support client relationships

Requirements:

• Registered PLS in Indiana (required)

• 20+ years of surveying experience, with a focus on public infrastructure

• Expertise in Civil 3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads, and Trimble Business Center

• Familiarity with INDOT survey and ROW standards

• Strong leadership and team development skills
