The Role
Director Talent Operations will be responsible for the leadership of the Talent Development and Acquisition Operations Teams, including Operations, Recruitment Marketing, ESG support, and Talent Acquisition Diversity Program Management. They will work closely with the leadership of each business unit to assess the benefits, costs, and impacts of current programs and prioritize current and future investments.
This role will report to SVP Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, & ESG – partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IDEAS, and other business leaders regularly for implementation of companywide strategic programs that will support the attraction and development of the industry’s top talent.

This position is a remote, work from home position within the United States.
The Main Responsibilities

Provide effective growth and development opportunities for the team they lead; specifically, through observations, coaching, development, and instructor certification processes
Program Management:
Enable the team to explore and executive on cost-effective solutions while also ensuring broad organizational impact and strong stakeholder experience
Engage in vendor management, budget management, strategic sourcing, program marketing, and internal communication across TA, TD, and ESG
Drive improvements in processes and streamline current processes to optimize the various end-user experiences. Set the strategy for the team to lead cross-functional projects to meet functional and overarching organizational goals.
Assign projects and initiatives to individuals on the team to execute, then establish project reviews and develop a process to evaluate partnership effectiveness.
For larger, corporate vendors this role will review contractual agreements, be the main POC for the vendor partners, and will be the liaison between Procurement as needed for RFPs.
Lead the strategy and direction of the recruitment marketing team, including enhancing vendor relationships, reviewing content calendars, ensuring a strong campaign strategy and content, and a strong social media strategy and content.
Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, HR Leaders and CDIO to understand organizational DEI talent challenges to develop strategic hiring initiatives across all candidate generation channels
Lead and direct the diversity “insert title” (recruiter/program manager) on the implementation and execute a wide range of initiatives and programs, in partnership with the IDEAS team using data and metrics to measure success
Additional Repsonsibilities
Measurement and Analytics:
Manage spending across TA, TD, and ESG in alignment with departmental budget allocations, targets, and adjustments
Partner with the Shared Services Operations team to create operating metrics to measure impact and performance
Strong understanding of instructional design, multi-media training, and knowledge around key learning systems
Work closely with HR Reporting and Analytics to establish reporting and analytics dashboard/reports linked to program initiatives and support areas.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or other relevant concentration.
10+ years of progressive HR, Operations, or Recruiting experience with at least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent business acumen
Experience managing a complex budget preferred
Previous experience with vendor management and contracts preferred
Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while maintaining a cost-conscious and practical approach to using time and resources
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Agile, critical thinker who can clearly and concisely communicate and influence decisions with data and logic.
Strong ability to set clear expectations and objectives for both direct and indirect reports and foster a culture of accountability based on those expectations.
Compensation
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
