What You'll Do:

• Lead and support Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing interdisciplinary team.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
• Partner with physicians and hospital leadership to expand clinical programs, including specialty rehabilitation services.
• Manage department performance, staffing, budgets, and patient satisfaction metrics.
• Champion compliance, patient safety, and CARF-focused program development.

What We're Looking For:

• Current licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP.
• Minimum 3 years of therapy management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• CPR certification and proficiency with basic computer systems.
• Passion for delivering exceptional rehabilitation care and mentoring others.
