Salary Range: $75,000 $90,000

HireNow Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Women's Services to lead a dedicated team at a respected healthcare facility in Mayfield, Kentucky. This is a strategic leadership opportunity to oversee and elevate care across obstetrics, labor & delivery, and newborn services.

What We're Looking For:

• Active RN license in the state of Kentucky

• AWHONN certification (required)

• Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelors preferred)

• Certifications in BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP)

• Strong clinical knowledge in obstetrics and neonatology

• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and inspire teams

Your Role Will Include:

• Leading and aligning Women's Services operations with organizational goals

• Overseeing staffing, hiring, training, and ongoing staff development

• Managing departmental budgets and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards

• Fostering a patient-centered culture of safety and excellence

• Integrating evidence-based practices into clinical operations

• Acting as a resource for OB and newborn care, ensuring best practices are upheld

• Preparing for and overseeing internal/external audits

• Driving continuous performance improvement across all units
