Director of Operations

for our markets across the state of Michigan.

Ideal candidates will reside in Michigan.

The

Director of Operations

manages

and oversees the clinical processes, programs, and services of DaVita IKC in the great state of Michigan.
This position provides operational leadership, counsel, and direction to the management staff to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical care and services. Additionally, this position works closely with operational and business leadership, providing clinical guidance supporting business results.Position has budget and P&L accountability. This position is a key member of DaVita IKC’s clinical management team.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of top performance and desire to help improve our overall healthcare system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leads development and execution of clinical interventions to achieve clinical operational performance, outcomes, and services
Manage, develop, and train a team of clinical and non-clinical teammates
Maintains collaborative working relationships with all levels of management and physicians
Maintains awareness and knowledge of assigned market and participates in internal and external business development meetings, as applicable
Participates in the development and management of clinical operations and capital budgets
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
8-10 years experience in Leadership and Operations. Healthcare a plus
Bachelor's required
MBA highly preferred
Demonstrated track record of successful fiscal and operating management; demonstrated financial expertise
Demonstrated experience in planning and managing at operational levels
Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel; Intermediate skills and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
Dialysis experience, preferred
