Job Details

Director, Pediatric CVICU:

Leading Children's Hospital actively searching for a Director of Nursing, Pediatric CVICU to lead a dynamic team!
Demonstrated ability to lead a fast-paced unit
Proven experience improving and enhancing quality outcomes, maintaining compliance with state & federal regulatory boards, managing budgets, maintaining equipment, promoting a strong culture amongst the team

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have 3 or more years progressive leadership/management
Candidates must have Pediatric ICU / Pediatric CVICU experience
BSN Required
Master's or enrolled in Master's program preferred
ACLS, BLS, PALS Certified
Active TX RN License
