Are you ready to lead the development of enterprise-scale platforms that power Visa’s global Treasury operations? We’re looking for a visionary yet hands-on Director of Product Management to drive the creation of shared services for FX pricing and order management—critical systems that support real-time, high-impact financial workflows across the company.

Team Leadership Manage and mentor a team of 3 to 5 product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Inspire and motivate the team to achieve high performance and professional growth.

Vision Implementation Implement the vision of enterprise shared services for global treasury, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational strategy.

Product Oversight Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products under your purview, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

Roadblock Removal Actively identify and remove obstacles that impede product progress, enabling your team to work efficiently and effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement Work across a wide range of global stakeholders, evangelizing the shared services vision and ensuring alignment and understanding across the enterprise.

Collaboration and Partnership Serve as a strategic partner to technical teams and other departments, fostering strong relationships and collaboration to deliver high quality solutions.

Evangelism Advocate for and promote the shared services approach across the enterprise, highlighting its benefits and strategic importance.

Strategic Direction Manage and prioritize product strategies, ensuring they align with organizational goals and the strategic direction of the business.

Agile Leadership Leverage agile methodologies to guide product development, ensuring efficiency and adaptability in processes.

Accountability Demonstrate accountability for product success, taking ownership of outcomes and driving projects to their logical conclusion.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD



Preferred Qualifications:

12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD

Proven experience in product management, with significant leadership experience managing product teams.

Strong understanding of web services, agile methodologies, and translating business problems into actionable use case stories.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to implement strategic visions and drive organizational change.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accountability and quality.

Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Experience in FX trading or VisaNet transaction processing is a plus.

Familiarity with Visa leadership principles or similar leadership frameworks.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 196,000.00 to 284,450.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
