Job Description - Director, Prudential Policy Lead, Global Public Policy and Government Affairs
12-15 years of total work experience Experience at a federal banking agency, law firm, trade association or US GSIB preferred Strong understanding of post-crisis and emerging prudential rules (e.g., Basel capital standards, stress testing, liquidity requirements, fund reform) Strong understanding of policy development process at the Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, SEC, BCBS, FSB, and other standard setting organizations Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain complex regulations Proactive self-starter that demonstrates initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness to work independently Excellent interpersonal skills and to work collaboratively across different teams and regions Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and time sensitive issues Flexible and adaptable to changing issues and regulatory priorities Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, or Finance background preferred
