  • Support integrations/acquisitions and EMR transitions to protect revenue continuity

Team Leadership

  • Lead managers/leads with clear goals, coaching cadence, and performance expectations

  • Build staffing models tied to claim volume, aging, and productivity

Performance Metrics (How Success Is Measured)

  • Net Collection Rate (NCR)

  • DSO and A/R aging distribution (especially % > 90 days)

  • Clean claim rate / first-pass resolution

  • Denial rate and overturn rate

  • Cash collections vs forecast

  • Charge lag/time-to-bill

  • Auth/eligibility accuracy

Qualifications (Required)

  • 5+ years progressive healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience
