Director, Site Civil

We’re looking for an experienced, relationship-driven leader to build and lead a team focused on mixed-use, industrial, and multifamily projects.

As the face of our Charlotte operations, you’ll strengthen existing relationships, develop new business, and guide project delivery.

We already have strong technical and BD support in place; now we need a leader who can sell, inspire, and deliver.

What You’ll Bring:

• 9+ years of experience in civil, site or residential development
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Strong connections and proven experience in the Charlotte market
• A portfolio of successful local projects
• Energy, confidence, and a collaborative leadership style

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent degree and/or experience 
• 9+ years of engineering or related experience
• Professional Engineer's License
• Experience and connections in the Charlotte, NC market
• Self-motivated, engaged, team-oriented, communicative, and strategic thinker with strong leadership and management skills 
• Proven track record of mentoring and coaching 
• Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward thinking 
• Proven track record of developing existing and new client relationships
