As a

Supply Chain Director , you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of supply chain operations.

What you'll do:

Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency throughout the supply chain.
Evaluate and select suppliers/vendors based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers/vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Accountable for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the shipping and receiving organization.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals spanning from Buyers to Material Controllers. Provide guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supply chain operations.
Carries out other projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or a closely related discipline.
7-10 years progressive leadership experience in a Supply Chain Manufacturing environment.
Thorough knowledge of inventory control systems.
Strong experience with Microsoft Suite.
Experience developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPI's) and analyzing trends to improve results
Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
Ability to influence and build consensus
APICS certification preferred.
Must be a United States Citizen or a United States Permanent Resident.
