What you’ll need

  • Deep expertise in RAN technologies including LTE and 5G NR, with strong understanding of network design, optimization, and deployment processes.

  • Experience leading large-scale wireless and wireline network engineering and construction initiatives.

  • Proven ability to execute complex, multi-year capital programs while balancing cost, schedule, quality, and performance.

  • Strong knowledge of network performance management, including accessibility, retainability, throughput, coverage, and customer experience metrics.

  • Experience managing OEM and vendor partners to deliver on performance, quality, and schedule commitments.

  • Ability to analyze data and performance trends to drive prioritization and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.

  • 10+ years of related experience in network engineering, construction, or infrastructure leadership roles.

  • Demonstrated success leading large organizations, including direct supervision of professionals.

  • Proven ability to design and execute strategies aligned with organizational goals and network priorities.

  • Experience influencing hiring, performance management, promotion, and compensation decisions; background in highly scaled or regulated environments preferred.
