Develops, leads and directs the strategic vision, growth and development in collaboration with key physicians and executive leaders. Develop a system approach to the entire market for the service line. Participates in service distribution and strategic business development for the SL system wide. Evaluate and drive decision making for new products, technologies, and services that differentiate Premier. Establishes service line strategies based on market, consumer, and physician needs. Develops, collaborates and facilitates the plans to ensure a coordinated, holistic care experience is provided to patients across the continuum - consistently. § Type of degree: Business or Health Services Administration or related field.Enter preferred education or N/AEnter testing requirement or N/A Minimum Level of Experience Required: 10+ years of job related experience Prior job title or occupational experience: Minimum of seven years of progressive healthcare leadership experience including financial analytics, planning, organizational cultural change, and strategy/business development. Prior specific functional responsibilities: Two years of strategic planning experience and proven success within a multi-hospital or multi-site system. Preferred experience: Prior experience in the assigned service lines preferred.
