Regency DRT is hiring a Branch Manager to lead our Tampa/St Pete operation. If you’ve got experience in disaster restoration or a related field and you’re ready to take ownership of a growing branch, we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for someone who knows the business, understands how to manage teams and projects, and has the drive to expand local operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the Tampa/St Pete branch


• Manage and grow a high-performing team


• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and up to standards


• Build and maintain relationships with insurance reps, property managers, and other partners


• Identify local growth opportunities and drive business development


• Work closely with company leadership to keep the branch aligned with larger goals

What You Bring:

• Industry experience in restoration, construction, or a related field


• A strong background managing both people and projects


• Solid leadership and problem-solving skills


• Ability to juggle field operations, customer service, and internal processes


• Sales or business development experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary starting at $80,000+, depending on experience


• Performance-based incentives based on branch success
