DISCIPLESHIP MANAGER // CROSSROADS CHURCH

The Discipleship Manager will work alongside the Next Steps Director to implement discipleship initiatives across all campuses, including but not limited to Missions, Outreach, Groups and the Growth Track, ensuring alignment with the church's vision and values. This individual will also play a key role in implementing and overseeing discipleship strategies at the Woodbury Campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement church-wide strategies for adult spiritual growth and engagement.
  • Support the development and implementation of the growth track and other spiritual formation pathways.
  • Provide administrative support for all Discipleship initiatives including but not limited to groups, missions as well as local outreach.
  • Prepare discipleship content for serve team coaches and team leads.
  • Collaborate with staff and ministry leaders to create cohesive strategies for adult spiritual formation.
  • Encourage group participation and spiritual formation through life-giving community environments.
  • Support and equip staff in areas related to discipleship and growth track strategy.
  • Provide oversight for new believer follow-up, small group culture, and adult ministry initiatives at the Woodbury Campus.
  • Oversee the onboarding, training, and development of small group leaders at the Woodbury campus.

Events & Special Initiatives

  • Support the execution and experience of Baptism services. 
  • Coordinate and provide oversight of adult ministry events.
  • Organize and facilitate leader training events.
  • Coordinate church-wide Give Hope outreach and compassion efforts.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the Next Steps Director.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field, experience in lieu of education considered.
  • A growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with Crossroads Church’s values and vision.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for seeing people take meaningful next steps in their faith.
  • Ability to inspire, equip, and work collaboratively with staff and volunteers across multiple campuses.
  • Environment
  • Work is accomplished primarily indoors in an administrative environment.  
  • Some travel is expected for events.

Classification: Exempt; Salaried 

Status: Full-time
