Job Description - Dish/Pot washer

Assist our kitchen to ensure cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Collect and wash pots and pans and all kitchen equipment including hot boxes and speed carts.

Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.

Unload food and equipment deliveries.

Keep the storeroom organized.

Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitized.

Follow kitchen standard operating procedures.
