Job Description:

The Dishwasher’s primary role is to maintain, clean, and sanitize the kitchen areas of the various restaurant outlets of the property as assigned.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Process dirty dishes through dishwasher


• Dry and organize all clean dishes


• Keep equipment and pots clean for the restaurant outlet


• Daily pick up of trash in the assigned kitchen area


• Keep storage areas clean, sanitized and inspected for foreign objects


• Properly rotate (FIFO) food items; check expirations


• Clean all safety hazards immediately and report maintenance issues promptly


• Daily sweeping and mopping of assigned kitchen areas


• Keep work area in compliance with health regulations and department policies


• All other duties as assigned
