Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. As a Dishwasher at Pippin Hill Farm and Vineyard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. You will work alongside passionate culinary professionals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils.
• Ensure all items are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
• Assist with kitchen maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
• Support the culinary team by organizing and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the kitchen.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Pay is competitive starting at $18/hour!

• The role includes daytime shifts for the Tasting Room and weekend shifts for our exclusive weddings and private events.
• May be cross-trained on culinary prep.
• Must be able to work under pressure in a high-intensity atmosphere, must work well with others, and must demonstrate a willingness to learn.
