Job Summary:

The Estancia Del Norte Hotel is seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This role is essential in supporting our kitchen staff and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment.

- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.

- Assist in the organization and storage of clean dishes and kitchen supplies.

- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

- Support kitchen staff with food preparation and other tasks as needed.

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Requirements

Education/Formal Training:
