Job Description - Dishwasher

Have you always wanted a fun and rewarding job? Do you have a passion for working with seniors? Look no further as we currently have openings for Dishwasher/Kitchen Assistant on our Signature Dining Team. Come be a part of Quail Park of Lynnwood!

What You'll Do:
Dishwasher/Kitchen Assistant

Prepare dishwashing machine for operation
Wash all pots, pans, utensils and dishes utilized during shift
Ensure all dishes, glassware, silverware and equipment are returned to designated areas after cleaning
Keep records of all wash water temperatures, all notable food waste and broken dishes
Clean dishwashing machine at end of shift
Responsible for disposing of all garbage from kitchen and dish room in proper containers outside throughout shift
Mop dish room and kitchen floors throughout shift as needed
Keep dish room clean and orderly
Assist with other kitchen duties as needed and follow monthly kitchen cleaning schedule
Assist cooks and dining staff in preparation and delivery of room service trays
Assist cooks and dining staff with food preparation as needed
May assist in preparing food carts for delivery

What We're Looking For:
Dishwasher/Kitchen Assistant

Good interpersonal skills
Previous dishwashing experience in restaurant or senior living community preferred
Must be ablet to read, comprehend, write, and speak English to effectively communicate with residents, guests and other team members
Must meet all health-related and/or food-handling requirements pertaining to local and state regulatory agencies
Must maintain current CPR/First Aid and Food Handler’s credentials
