Dishwasher

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. This position is essential for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, contributing to a safe and pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.


• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors.


• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards..


• Perform bussing duties by clearing tables and transporting dirty dishes back to the kitchen.


• Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain food safety standards.


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak service times.

Skills

• Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.


• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in a kitchen setting.


• Familiarity with food handling guidelines and safety regulations.


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.


• Previous experience in culinary roles or hospitality settings is a plus.


• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
