Primary Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Clean and dry garbage cans as needed and at the end of each meal service.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Prepare and package individual place settings.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Sweep and scrub floors.
• Clean and prepare various foods for cooking or serving.
• Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food and supplies.
• Receive and store supplies according to establish control procedures.
• Set up banquet tables as needed.
• Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
• Receive, store, clean, and prepare for pick-up dish, glassware, flatware, and related rentals.
• Provide information regarding dishwashers needs (supplies, schedules, etc.) to the Chef, supervisors, co-workers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.

Qualifications:

• must have a Tulsa County Food Handlers Card.

• must have open availability
• must be able to work days, nights, and weekends
