What You’ll Do:

• Follow direction from kitchen and leadership to support daily operations
• Communicate with team members to stay aligned on tasks and timing
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers
• Wash, sanitize and properly store dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
• Keep dish area, floors and sinks clean, organized and safe
• Support cleanliness and organization of kitchen, prep and service areas
• Properly use and maintain dishwashing equipment and cleaning tools
• Assist with trash removal, recycling and maintaining sanitation standards
• Help with receiving, storing and rotating items as needed
• Support the team during busy service periods to keep operations running smoothly
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and safety procedures at all times
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months to one year of related food service or culinary experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• High volume or fine dining cook experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required
• Ability to work on feet for eight hours or more in a hot humid kitchen environment and lift push pull and carry 30+ pounds
