Department: Culinary / Food & Beverage 

Reports To: Executive Chef / Sous Chef 

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt 

Position Summary: 

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Greeley at Lincoln Park. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and ensuring the kitchen area is clean and organized. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand. 
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. 
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas. 
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. 
• Sweep and scrub floors to maintain cleanliness. 
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines. 
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed. 

Work Environment: 

The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Dishwasher will be exposed to hot and humid conditions, as well as handling cleaning chemicals. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.

 Qualifications: 

• Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 
• Good communication and teamwork skills. 
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
