Position Summary:

Talking Stick Golf Club is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our backof-house team. As a Dishwasher, you play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and 

efficiency of the kitchen. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, kitchen 

tools, and work areas, helping ensure our guests receive top-quality meals in a safe and sanitary 

environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines and manual methods
•  Maintain cleanliness of dish area, kitchen floors, and trash bins
•  Properly store clean items in designated areas to support kitchen and dining room needs
•  Assist kitchen staff with general cleaning tasks and light prep work when needed
•  Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper use of chemicals and equipment
•  Monitor dish machine performance and notify management of any issues or maintenance needs
•  Sort and dispose of trash, recycling, and food waste in a timely and sanitary manner
•  Maintain a positive and productive working relationship with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Qualifications:

•  No prior experience required training provided on-site
•  Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a fast-paced team
•  Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety
•  Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs for extended periods
•  Must be 18 years or older and possess (or obtain) a valid food handler’s card in Arizona
•  Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
