• Keep the kitchen moving by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized dish area
• Wash and polish dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment at speed and with care
• Support the culinary team by ensuring they always have what they need, when they need it
• Take pride in keeping the back-of-house spotless and efficient
• Jump in wherever needed—because teamwork is everything at Baia
