About Us

Hudson’s Restaurant & Catering is a family-owned and operated business located in the heart of Northeast Ohio. For more than 19 years, owners JJ and Kevin Altomare, graduates of The Culinary Institute of America, have been crafting exceptional dining experiences for our guests. We serve lunch and dinner six days a week, plus Saturday brunch, offering fresh, creative dishes and genuine hospitality.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine and clean all dishware, utensils, and small wares
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dish area
• Clean kitchen floors, walk-ins, and freezer areas
• Take out trash and maintain a tidy dumpster area
• Monitor and maintain proper wash and rinse temperatures
• Refill dishwashing and cleaning chemicals as needed
• Use equipment responsibly to minimize breakage or loss
• Maintain a positive, team-focused attitude every shift

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
• Comfort working with cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge is helpful
• Previous dishwashing or utility experience is a plus—but not required!
