Job description

Be a part of our kitchen crew by ensuring the cleanliness of all our dishes and serve ware!  

Tasks:

• Ensure all dishes and utensils are clean, sanitized, and put away in proper place


• -Empty, compact and dispose all garbage into the trash bin in a safe manner


• -Sweep and mop kitchen and refrigerator floors


• -Clean, sweep back dock area


• -Clean and perform other duties pertaining to sanitation


• -Use proper safety precautions when using cleaning chemicals


• -Additional responsibilities assigned by management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

• Must be able to speak and understand English.


• Be courteous to guests and other employees.


• Must be able to stand and exert fast paced mobility.


• Must be able to repeatedly bend/stoop, frequently push/pull, and occasionally squat, reach above shoulder level, kneel and balance.


• Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs, and lift 75 lbs with assistance.


• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and other shifts as necessary.
