Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient dishwashing station
• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment accurately and carefully
• Assist with bussing, restocking, and keeping service areas ready for the team
• Ensure kitchen tools and equipment remain clean, functional, and well maintained
• Support deliveries and help keep storage areas organized
• Follow strict food safety and sanitation procedures at all times

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Basic knowledge of food safety and cleaning procedures
